CROSS Imaging-Supplies is a Swiss company, specializing in supplying to Distributors in Europe, CIS-States, Middle East and Africa a complete of Premium-Quality compatible toner in bulk as well as filled in cartridges and complementary imaging-products of high quality at competitve prices. Almost all of our toner are developed and produced in Japan and filled/packed in Taiwan and in Germany. Our warehouses are ideally located for transport by road, sea or air near Rotterdam/Netherlands and Stuttgart/Germany. So called «Drop-Shipments» streight off the production sites in Japan, Taiwan our warehouse in Hongkong are possible.

New and discounted aricles will be high-lighted continously. Your orders we will receive directly on our ERP-system for quick processing. Our Proforma-Invoice will be submitted to our as before by our competent Account-Managers who will continue staying at your disposition for questions. With more than 6000 different compatible toner in first-class quality as well as suitable spare-parts, drum-units, chips, waste toner container and a growing range of original consumables, we are one of the leading suppliers to the office supplies industry in- and outside Europe. Due to long and very close technical and commercial cooperation with our production partner in Japan we have a lot of experties allowing us to provide our customers a very good technical support.
All our toner and other articles are manufactured according to ISO-9001/14000 standard and are compliant with the the European and International REACH, RoHS, WEEE, PFOS regulations and some also with the NORDIC SWAN requirements. Many of our toner are not only available in new cartridges (Newbuilt) but also in refilled original cartridges (Rebuilt) which makes an important contribution to the environment which is also reflected in the composition of our compatible quality toner (no heavy metals, reduced TiO2 content, others more).
When it comes to print performance and image-quality of the print-outs our compatible toner are among the best the compatible market has to offer. Unlike original toner, there are different qualities of compatible toner from different manufacturers and unfortunately there are also many compatible toner which often objectively do not meet the requirements. The specifications of our compatible toner are based on those of the original toner which we usually achieve or even exceed. Our compatible toner and compatible complementary items are independent prducts that do not infringe existing patents and/or copyrights of the OEMs and behind their quality we stand. The use of compatible toner is therefore not only a matter of trust for professional distributors and specialist dealers but also for corporate and private customers – a requirement and obligation that we have been successfully fulfilling for almost 20 years in the service to our long-standing distributors in over 30 countries around the world.
